About the Earrings

Polymer clay is a medium that, while I do my very best to attempt perfection with every pair made, it can scratch or bubble in the baking process. They create their own little 'beauty marks' of individuality. 

Also note, that although some pieces come from the same slab, their colors and patterns can slightly alter, nothing drastic, and nothing will be sold that isn't of the utmost beauty standard ;)

With that said, if you order from a specific collection, you will not be able to exchange for another pair within the collection, as quantities are limited. 

Return Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, I am more than happy to assist.

Returns

If your jewelry arrives to you damaged, you will have 30 days from purchase date to return the item for repair or exchange. 

If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, you will have 7 days from the date you received it to return for an exchange or the same piece or another pair of equal or lesser value. 

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Lastly, there are no returns or exchanges on the Sidewalk Sale items or Pretty Packs.

Shipping

Unless otherwise specified with a coupon code promotional, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
